With only one week left until the Imperial Troops attack, I decided to do the last Paralogue in the first part, and this one is Hilda and Cyril's Paralogue, where we have to help out the Goneril Soldiers defeat the enemies, and that they must not escape. This Paralogue takes place at Fódlan's Locket, otherwise known as Fódlan's Throat.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

This is the final paralogue of the first part of the game, and you need to have Hilda recruited, and this paralogue can be done even in the second half of the game, the reason is because of Hilda's unusual recruitment method, because neither her or Cyril can be recruited on the Black Eagles path unless you side with the Church.
This paralogue takes place at Fódlan's Locket, and we have to try and protect some Goneril Soldiers from the Almyran forces, all the Goneril Soldiers are Armored Knights, while it is a defensive class, they can't last too long because of how slow they are. You will fail if the defended location is captured, so if you let a single opponent escape, or if all the Goneril Soldiers are defeated, and as there are a lot of Cavaliers, they can easily get to the defended location quicker than other opponents.
Cyril will be placed on the rightmost part of the map, and if you have levelled him up and made him a Wyvern Rider, he should do well on this map, otherwise I recommend having some of your higher level units help him out, because if you didn't level up Cyril prior to this paralogue, he is very weak in battle. If you have recruited Hilda at around Chapter 10 to 12, she should be able to do well in that fight, as she is recruited as a Brigand and can be promoted to a Warrior at A Rank in Axes, or if you are doing the Golden Deer route and worked on her Flying skill, she can be promoted to a Wyvern Rider, which is a good class for Hilda.
There are two Giant Birds, they have Avoid +10, so they can dodge attacks easier, so I recommend having some Bow units to take them down easier, one is weak to Axes, and another is weak to Lances.
The boss of this map is an Almyran Soldier, and he is a Wyvern Rider, he does have good Defense, and Wyvern Riders can be tough opponents, but magic attacks do well against his low Resistance, and as he is a Flying unit, he is weak to Bows.
When you have defeated all the Almyran Soldiers on this map, you will get a reward based on how many Goneril Soldiers were saved, if at least one survived, you get a Large Bullion, but if all of them were saved, you get a Hexlock Shield, which gives +2 Protection and +4 Resistance.
You get some Battalions, first is Goneril Valkyries, which requires a B Rank in Authority, and that is challenging for Hilda, as she has a weakness in Authority. This Battalion gives good boosts to Strength, Hit, Crit rate, and Charm, and a boost in Protection and Resistance, and a decrease in Magic, and it has the Assault Troop Gambit.
If Cyril was recruited, you get Almyra Mercenaries, which give a boost to Strength, Avoid, and Charm, it requires an Authority Rank of E, and has the Fusillade Gambit. This does feel like a beginner Gambit, but it wasn't till this point it is available, and Cyril would be better off with a better Gambit, specially if he is promoted to a Wyvern Rider, as Flying units can only equip Flying Battalions.
Completing this paralogue awards you with a Hero's Relic called Freikugel, this Axe is tied to the Crest of Goneril, and since Hilda has that Crest, she will be able to use Apocalyptic Flame, which deals bonus damage to Dragon units, and inflicts -5 strength debuff to the target after combat, so this is a very powerful Combat Art, as in Japan, it is called Fire That Destroys the World. The Crest of Goneril has an effect where it has a chance or preventing enemy counterattacks when using Combat Arts.
