There seems to be these one day codes happening, but at the time of recording this video, there was a code from Pokémon Korea where you can get a King's Rock, and as it was only available for one day, they seem to announce these codes days before my videos even go up.
Then for Restricted Sparring, and the type that I am doing is the Flying-type, this is considered to be one of the most overpowered types in the game, the reason is the Speed boost from Max Airstream when Dynamaxed, and one of the Pokémon on my team, Togekiss is a very good example of a Pokémon that is dangerous when Dynamaxed.
My team for this one are some Pokémon that can sweep teams when you use the right moves, the first Pokémon on the team is Braviary, I had to use one of my favourite Flying-type Pokémon for this one, he is equipped with a Choice Scarf and some powerful moves like Brave Bird, Close Combat, Shadow Claw, and U-turn. Braviary has Defiant, so if any of his stats are lowered, the Attack boost will give Braviary enough power to sweep foes, Defiant only activates if the target has lowered one of his stats, so the Defense drops from Close Combat will not activate Defiant.
Next is Talonflame, this Pokémon was considered the best Flying-type in Gen 6 because of Gale Wings, until they nerfed it where it only activates if Talonflame is at full health. She also has Brave Bird, and I gave her Dual Wingbeat, which I find to be a safer option, as it hits two times, and that way I don't have to worry too much about the recoil from Brave Bird, and Roost is there for a healing move.
For a Special Attacker, I chose Togekiss, he has Nasty Plot to boost his Special Attack, and I could Dynamax and sweep with Max Airstream and Max Starfall, otherwise Brave Bird and Dazzling Gleam can do good damage, and Flamethrower is there for coverage against Steel-type Pokémon, I was going to give her Roost, only to find out that Roost is no longer a TM in this game, and the only way I could get Roost on Togekiss is from a previous game.
I did consider using Corviknight instead of Togekiss, but that would mean my team will not have any Special Attackers, so I ended up picking Togekiss instead. For alternative options, Gyarados is a very powerful Pokémon, specially if you have one with Moxie and use Max Airstream through Bounce, then Gyarados can sweep its way through many battles. While I did choose Togekiss for my Special Attacker, a good alternative is Charizard, specially if you Gigantamax it and use G-Max Wildfire.
I will list some good options for Restricted Sparring, while I did demonstrate how good Braviary is, and while Togekiss, Charizard, and Gyarados are good options, some other notable ones include Scyther, Skarmory, Pelipper, Drifblim, Noivern, Hawlucha, Corviknight, and a few others, you can even use Fan Rotom if you want.
While Flying is a great offensive type for Dynamax potential, there are some defensive options, while Skarmory and Corviknight are good defensive Pokémon, some decent ones are Vespiquen, Mandibuzz, Drifblim, and some other choices. There are some lesser Pokémon that you could try out, like Noctowl, Unfezant, Xatu, Butterfree, Mantine, Emolga, Sigilyph, or Cramorant, or you could even use Togetic with the Eviolite, as that is a solid choice as well.
