Due to barely surviving an encounter with these magical machines Ingrid warns the Blue Lions to stay clear of them. Sylvain believes that the phantoms make for much easier opponents, but notes that they lack the fear of living beings. Byleth knows that the artifact left by Rhea must be important for it to be so well guarded and hidden. I probably could have attacked from either side or both simultaneously, however, we chose the leftside and tried to get through this chapter at a reasonable pace. As much as I would have enjoyed knocking out the right side's units too, I could not subject people to that! That being said, biding our time for an opening to the bosses is the best course of action.

Gilbert is shaken by what he deems to be demonic entities within the foundations of the monastery but directs his zealous wrath to extinguish their dark flames. Dimitri puts names to the faceless visages as he wildly swings until they evaporate from this plane. In the darkness, Mercedes can be heard quietly chanting a prayer. This map is built to punish overzealous players who attempt to take the middle, unfortunately, like chess, the middle is the best real estate to manipulate the remainder of the map in strategy games. There is definitely clear squares for us to be on prior to our rapid assaults. That is the weakness of puzzle maps with strict constraints; being that there are plain answers. **NOTES** We made a bunch of long range bombing runs to assassinate the puppet masters. My primary concern was having a series of launching tiles that allowed us access to the enemy and a safe return trip to our main body of units. I like how climatically the battle ended as we needed to leave Annette and the last northerly units open to counter attack if the bosses survived for a follow on enemy phase. These episodes are normally scheduled for noon EST. We are currently sitting 31-12 we had an episode off air affecting our count, and the MVP position goes to our daring wyvern lord Sylvain.
