I equipped my party with 5 hammers and a sword, then rushed in against weaker enemies. We dropped like flies for lack of bulk, and stayed down for lack of revives. It was nice.
We let ourselves play a session, and a large one at that. I'd been so restrictive on myself because I had other obligations, but also had no want for fulfilling those obligations. I can't play games, but I won't do the important thing that I'm holding over myself.
It's mostly story progress, and we keep moving our sets around. I'm finding that a 1:2:3 attacker:tank:healer ratio is pretty good so far. My dps is lackluster either way, so I might opt to go 3 tanks 3 healers later on, especially since the one attacker wanders off to get side/back attacks. It's going to be a matter of facilitating Break/Topple/Daze stuff more than not: I don't know if other classes can inflict break, so that's something to look into next session.
