Getting X, Y and Z positions on a map - Portal Rules Editor - Objectives Pt 1 For Battle Royale
This is my latest tutorial looking at how to get the real world positions of items on the map. The code itself is very short but will form the basis of later, more advanced guides looking at positioning things on the map.
In this video you wil look at how to use loops, vectors and positions to track the position of the player on the map and therefore figure out where different locations are (or even specific 'things') so we might use that knowledge later.
A simple idea is to place AI in specific places to create a practice range. Or deploy players in different zones from the normal deploy point.
Anyway, the skills in this video are really very useful in a lot of different projects and I hope you find them useful!
