Gigi Galli "Nazionale" Rally Hero & Legend! - EPIC Powerslides & Jumps, 600Hp Kia Rio RX RallyCross
161The legendary Italian Gigi Galli "Nazionale" rally hero took part in the latest edition of the San Marino Rally Legend aboard the 600 hp Kia Rio Rx which he uses in the Italian rallycross championship and other events around Europe. During the weekend, the pilot from Livigno did not miss epic jumps and impressive powerslides, especially during the night show between the roundabouts in the shadow of the Titano mountain that opened the Sanmarinese Kermesse. Also nicknamed the "Flying Italian", in 2005 at the Rally of Finland, on the Mitsubishi Lancer he made a jump of 54 meters that everyone still remembers! He became Italian Gr.N champion in 1998 and 2000. In 2005 he was hired by Mitsubishi Motorsport as a tester and then as a pilot. As we know, in 2006, the Japanese company suddenly decided to exit the world rally championship. Overall in his career to date, he has participated in 123 rallies, including WRC races. Worth to remember his third place at the 2006 Argentina rally. Just recently on board the Kia Rio he won the 2019 Italian RallyCross championship.

Il mitico Gigi Galli "Nazionale", ha preso parte all'ultima edizione del Rally Legend di San Marino a bordo della Kia Rx da 600cv che usa nel campionato italiano di rallycross e in altre manifestazioni in giro per l'Europa. Durante il weekend, il pilota di Livigno non ci ha fatto mancare epici salti ed impressionanti powerslide specialmente durante lo show notturno fra le rotonde all'ombra del Titano che di fatto ha aperto la Kermesse Sanmarinese. Soprannominato anche l'italiano volante, nel 2005 al Rally di Finlandia, a bordo della Mitsubishi Lancer fece un salto di ben 54 metri che tutti ancora si ricordano! Diventò campione italiano Gr.N nel 1998 e 2000. Nel 2005 venne assunto dalla Mitsubishi Motorsport come tester e poi come pilota. Come sappiamo, nel 2006, improvvisamente la casa giapponese decise di uscire dal mondiale rally. Complessivamente nella sua carriera fino allo stato attuale ha partecipato a 123 rally, comprese le gare del WRC. Da segnalare il terzo posto al rally di Argentina del 2006. Proprio recentemente a bordo della Kia Rio si è aggiudicato il campionato Italiano RallyCross 2019.
