Go Go PogoGirl is a sidescrolling Platformer, with the goal to reach the end of a level. You also can collect all the gems and the 3 hidden gems, but i have no idea what it does. My guess is, that it unlocks things later on.

The main difference in this game to others is, that your little pixelated heroine is bouncing on a Pogostick the whole time. You also got a twirl move to get more control in the air, which also serves as an attack against enemies. You can temporarily stop bouncing by holding the the Down button on your controller or keyboard, this stops you from moving on the ground and you also charge up a super jump, similar to Super Mario Bros. 2.

The graphics heavily remind me about Green Hill zone from Sonic 1 and sadly these don't change much. What changes are the seasons, so that the green landscape also changes colors. There is also a theme to each seasons. Okay Spring is just regular platforming. Summer got lots of pools with water, fall got wind and winter, got frozen puddles.

I put this game as for kids, since it is a simple lighthearted game.
