Sorry about yet another long absence from the walkthrough. Major lag from my capture card being the culprit yet again. Looked up a video on how to reduce the lag from my capture card, disabling the preview screen & disabling the auto mp4 file convert function were the 2 big things that I changed in the settings from that video & as a result it seems like it's actually working for the most part. Apart from one spot at the beginning. I think the main problem as to why I have so much lag issues is the laptop is just old & probably worn down from how much I've used it over the last 2 years cause I didn't have these problems when I first started using it in 2018, and my grandfather had it for several years before he passed away at the end of 2016 and I basically just inherited it off him, but sadly I think the time to either sell it or pitch it might be near. If I have to buy a new high-performance laptop to finish this walkthrough, I will and honestly I'm really tempted to at this point. Then I could do HD videos again which I had to disable to reduce lag. Literally everything in my capture card settings are geared towards performance at this point rather than quality. I hate to sacrifice it but lag is far worse than a small drop in quality. If this works & the lag issues can be kept to a minimum, I can finish this walkthrough in no time.

So for this mission, we're introduced to 3 new game characters. It starts out with a cut scene of The Truth talking to you on the phone about god knows what. Long story short, he took two famous British lads in a band on a trip in the desert and he woke up in Los Santos (according to him) with no idea what happened to the 2 brits. Your job is to head over there & locate them. You'll wanna use a 4-door car for this, I didn't think that far ahead & had to abandon my Firebird for a stupid cabbie once I was nearly there. Once your there another cut scene plays where they just wake up from having been passed out. This is when you learn their names are Paul & Maccer. Paul's the sensible one while Maccer is the dumb bloke in the white sweatshirt who seems to have nothing but women & wanking on his mind. These 2 unsurprisingly argue a lot.

After the cut scene, CJ asks where the rest of the band is at & Maccer just says he remembers lots of snakes so you have to take them to the nearby snake farm over near the abandoned airstrip. Maccer being dumb pretty much accidentally sets all 3 of you up as the country folks there aren't happy with those 2 for some weird shit I guess they did and since you're with them, you're now a target too. One of them has a pistol & will try shooting you as you'd expect. Kill him then get back in the car with the other 2 and run like hell as the rest of them will chase you in a farm truck. The farm truck will just spawn near you again & again every time you pull away from so don't think you're gonna outrun it. And they'll try shooting your car so just do your best to get to Caligula's casino as fast as possible where Paul & Maccer need to get to. The farm truck will arrive as well & this is where a 3-on-3 standoff happens. Help Paul & Maccer kill the 3 goons and the mission is pretty much done.

Now a cut scene plays introducing you to Ken Rosenberg who was also a character in GTA Vice City, cool isn't it? He's clearly stressed about some shit that based on the language he's using, you just can't understand what or at least I can't anyway. I believe he's a recovering cocaine addict so he might just be paranoid. I believe he runs Caligula's casino or at least has a share in it anyway. After a min Paul asks CJ to give the 3 of them some space so Paul can talk it out with Rosie as Paul calls him. After that the mission is over and you get your usual small respect boost.
