Haukke Manor | Final Fantasy 14 ARR Dungeon
175Our Final Fantasy 14 journey continues! In today's video, we take a look at Haukke Manor. This is a level 30 dungeon that you will end up completing as part of the MSQ
Ladies and Gentleman, welcome back to Tiny Blue Games! My name is Csaw or Chris, and today we are discussing Haukke Manor. I believe that this is the 6th dungeon that I have done in FFXIV, though at this point it is getting a little bit difficult to keep track. This dungeon is, however, a required part of the MSQ and is therefore tied to the progression of the story. This is done primarily through the inclusion of a final cinematic that happens after completing the dungeon itself.
What made this dungeon more interesting was its link to the Halloween content I featured in my most recent video. As it turns out, the Haukke Manor is the instance they use for the haunted manor Halloween event. Obviously, the actual dungeon has different creatures and objectives, but it was very interesting that I happened to be on this step of my MSQ at the same time that Halloween came around. I found it to be a really nice tie in with my last video and gave me more time to really appreciate some of the visuals in the mansion. As always, I look forward to the next dungeon!
As a relatively new ffxiv player, I have been enjoying giving my first impressions for the many different pieces of content this game has to offer. If you are interested in exploring the game yourself I suggest you check out the Final Fantasy 14 free trial. This trial lets you play the base game all the way to level 35, with no time restrictions. It was ultimately the free trial that convinced me to dive into the full game and the new Shadowbringers expansion!
