7 months later, and I finally figured it out.

It wasn't on HDest's side afterall, well mostly not on HDest's side. HDest's radiation suit worked on the basis that it protects against stuff like nukage or lava, meanwhile DarkHour's first map outdoor space area uses a damagefloor type that HDest doesn't recognize, hence why I wasn't being protected from the vacuum of space and dying immediately despite wearing a perfectly fine suit. Modifying the ACS script to have the floors use a damagetype HDest's radsuits recognize promptly solved the problem, and the one shots can now continue.

What do I mean by continue? Go back to my HDest run on The DarkPack Prequel for further information on how Wrok Onmo got to this part. A bit hilarious that we essentially did a "watching prequels first before the original trilogy" of The Darkest Hour series.

You might notice a weapon being particularly different. I was a bit unsatisfied with the shotty from the original Space pack, being pretty much the same sprite as the WW pack but with a different pump/stock. Decided to do something about it and nab an idea long simmering in the mind.

I'm running on UV/Hideous, but unlike the Doomed Guy prequel, I'll be launching an Infiltrator run. Feels more appropriate that way.
