About this video: In this tutorial, I show you exactly how to get mods on a #Minecraft 1.13.2 server. Specifically, we show you how to get Forge mods on a Minecraft 1.13.2. Most #MinecraftMods are Forge mods. Thus, you will be able to get all of the popular Minecraft mods you want from Tinker's Construct to Chisel to even GalacticCraft, you will be able to install it on this Minecraft server using Forge 1.13.2!
First and foremost though, we need to download some mods for Minecraft 1.13.2. There are hundreds of 1.13.2 mods, and you can find a link above that will allow you to look through the most popular and best mods available for Minecraft Forge 1.13.2. It doesn't matter what mods you want for your server. They will work as long as they are for Forge 1.13.2, which most are. In this tutorial, I install Quick Leaf Decay and the Appleskin mod.
Once you have the mods you want downloaded, you will need to get a Forge server setup. You can see our in-depth tutorial on getting a modded Forge server setup in the description above. After your Forge server is setup, we need to install mods on your #MinecraftServer in 1.13.2.
Open up your server directory and find the 'mods' folder. Open this mods folder and copy and paste any mods you want on the server into it. You can now start your server. We aren't done yet though. You also need to install any and all Forge mods that are on your server on your own PC. This is super easy. Open up the 'Run' applicationa and type '%appdata%'. Open up the '.minecraft' folder, and open the 'mods' folder. Copy and paste all the mods on your server into your local mods folder.
Now, open up the Minecraft launcher, select the Forge profile, and click play. Now you can join on into your server and all of the mods you installed will be ready to go. It's a very simple process to get mods on a Minecraft server once you have your Forge server setup. Basically, just put in the mods folder.
