Step 1: Open the Create Menu
While in a game, press the Create button on your DualSense controller (it's the small button to the left of the touchpad).
This will open the Create menu at the bottom of the screen.
Step 2: Configure Your Audio Settings
In the Create menu, navigate to the microphone icon.
Select it to see the audio options. You will have three choices:
Mic Off: Your microphone audio will not be recorded in the clip. Only the game's audio and any party chat audio will be included.
Mic On: Your microphone audio will be recorded, along with the game's audio.
Mute all party chat audio: This is a separate toggle that determines whether the voices of your party members are included in the recording.
Step 3: Start the Recording
After you've set your desired microphone and party chat settings, you can start recording.
In the Create menu, select "Start New Recording."
