What is OSPF?
OSPF is a link-state routing protocol providing fast convergence and excellent scalability. Like all link-state protocols, OSPF is very efficient in its use of network bandwidth.
To enable the #OSPF Routing Protocol:
Step 1: If you have not installed #PacketTracer before, please refer to the following videos to install it on Windows, Linux, and macOS.

Step 2: After installing the PT, open it, and add 2 Cisco Routers to the workspace.
Step 3: Add Serial Interface to Cisco Routers.
Step 4: Add 2 Cisco Switches to the workspace and connect them to Cisco Routers.
Step 5: Connect the Cisco Routers to each other with a Serial cable.
Step 6: Add 4 PCs to the Packet Tracer workspace.
Step 7: Before configuring OSPF, specify the IP blocks.
Step 8: Apply the following commands in config mode as an example to enable OSPF.
R1# conf t
R1(config)# router ospf 10
R1(config-router)# network 192.168.5.0 0.0.0.255 area 0
R1(config-router)# network 10.1.1.0 0.0.0.3 area 0
R1(config-router)# end
R2# conf t
R2(config)# router ospf 10
R2(config-router)# network 192.168.10.0 0.0.0.255 area 0
R2(config-router)# network 10.1.1.0 0.0.0.3 area 0
R2(config-router)# end
