Step 1: Access the User Menu
You can access the user menu from two primary locations on your PS5:
From the home screen: Look for the profile icon in the top-right corner. Select it to open the user menu.
From the Control Center: Press the PlayStation button on your DualSense controller. In the Control Center at the bottom of the screen, select your profile icon in the bottom-right corner.
From either of these locations, select Switch User.
