How to Delete a Netflix Profile on iPhone | Remove Netflix Profile
0Deleting a Netflix profile on an iPhone is quick and follows the exact same steps as on Android. Whether you're cleaning up unused profiles, adjusting access for kids, or simply reorganizing your account, this tutorial walks you through how to remove any Netflix profile directly from the app.
When you launch the Netflix app on your iPhone or Android device, you’ll land on the profile selection screen. This is where all existing profiles are displayed. Instead of tapping into a specific profile, look toward the top right-hand corner of the screen for a pencil icon—this is the edit button that allows you to manage profiles.
Tap the pencil icon, and all of your current profiles will now show individual pencil icons for editing. Choose the profile you want to delete by tapping on its respective pencil. Once you're in the edit screen for that profile, you’ll see the option labeled 'Delete Profile' at the bottom of the screen. Tap it and confirm the action when prompted. The profile and all associated watch history, preferences, and viewing restrictions will be permanently removed.
This method works regardless of the device you’re using—the steps are the same on iPhones, Android phones, and even tablets. However, you cannot delete the main profile (the one used to set up the account) from the app. That primary profile remains unless you delete the entire Netflix account.
