Today I'll show you how to download and install the latest version always Chromium web browser on Linux x64, Linux x86, Linux Touch, Windows x64 and x86, Mac OS X and Android.

As you probably know Chromium is the open-source browser project and on it is based Google Chrome browser, although there are differences between them, such as. The lack of ownership of licenses in Chromium on Flash or h.264.

In many Linux distro, Chromium web browser can be found, but often they are in many case in older versions. I will show how and where to download the latest build, and how to install it on Linux.

How to download and install Chromium.

1. Go to: https://commondatastorage.googleapis.com/chromium-browser-snapshots/index.html
2. Select the version you interesting if it's Linux x64 or another example Windows.
3. Scroll to the bottom and select build lists of the greatest number.
4. Download chrome-linux.zip, and then unpack it.
5. Use the commands as root in the console on file chrome_sandbox:
- mv chrome_sandbox chrome-sandbox
- chown root chrome-sandbox
- chmod 4755 chrome-sandbox

6. Done, open browers in file ./chrome-wrapper. Now you can create a shortcut to the browser in menu, on the desktop or add a command line path eg. to support the Adobe Flash Player.

Jak pobrać i zainstalować Chromium.

1. Przejdź do witryny: https://commondatastorage.googleapis.com/chromium-browser-snapshots/index.html
2. Wybierz interesującą ciebie wersję czy to Linux x64 czy też inną np. Windows.
3. Zjedź na sam dół list i wybierz build o największym numerze.
4. Pobierz plik Chrome-linux.zip, a następnie go rozpakuj.
5. Użyj jako root komend w konsoli na pliku chrome_sandbox:
- mv chrome_sandbox chrome-sandbox
- chown root chrome-sandbox
- chmod 4755 chrome-sandbox

6. Gotowe, aby uruchomić przeglądarkę otwórz ./chrome-wrapper. Teraz możesz utworzyć skrót do przeglądarki w menu, na pulpicie czy też dodać ścieżki np. do obsługi Adobe Flash Player.
