Then, click the 'plugins' folder. If you don't have a plugins folder, you need to setup a Spigot server. Now, just drag-and-drop your Spigot plugins for 1.14.4 into this plugins folder.
At this point, you can run your server, and all the configuration files for your plugins will start to appear. Not every plugin will have configuration files but most will. Usually, these will be in a folder with the same or a similar name as the plugin that you installed. I would recommend editing config files in a text editor like Atom or Notepad++.
