About this video: This video will show you how to download and install World Edit in Minecraft 1.17.1. What is WorldEdit for Minecraft 1.17.1? Well, World Edit is a Minecraft mod that truly takes building to the next level. It allows you to build incredibly easy in my Minecraft. You can easily do anything from replace entire sections, copy and paste things in Minecraft, and even use brushes to paint your Minecraft world. Thus, without anymore delay, here is how to download and install WorldEdit for Minecraft Java Edition 1.17.1!
To get World Edit 1.17.1, you will first need to download and install the Fabric Mod Loader. You can find the link to the Fabric Mod Loader in the description above. We go over how to get the Fabric Mod Loader installed completely in the video. It's a very simple process, and it must be done in order to install World Edit 1.17.1.
Once you have Fabric, we can move on to how to download World Edit 1.17.1 you can find a link to download WorldEdit in the description above. This will actually take you to our text tutorial for adding World Edit to Minecraft. Once you are there, click the green ‘Download World Edit’ button. This will take you to the official WorldEdit download page. There, look at the right-hand sidebar and scroll down until you see the ‘Minecraft 1.17’ section. Under this, there will be a ‘WorldEdit 1.17.1 Fabric’ version of WorldEdit. Download this by clicking the download button next to it. You will need to keep or save the file depending on your browser.
After downloading World Edit, we can learn how to install World Edit in 1.17.1 on PC. The first part of this is pressing the Windows Key on your keyboard snd ‘R’ at the exact same time. This will open your Run application. In the text box in this app, type ‘%appdata%’, and hit enter. This will open your Roaming folder. Int his folder, you will see a .minecraft folder. Open that folder, and you should see a ‘mods’ folder. If you don't, create one! Finally, to install World Edit in Minecraft 1.17.1, just drag-and-drop the World Edit file you downloaded into this mods folder. You have now installed 1.17.1 World Edit!
You aren't completely finished though! You still need to make sure you select the Fabric profile in the Minecraft launcher. To do this, open up the Minecraft launcher, click the little arrow next to the Play button, select the 'Fabric 1.17.1' installation, and click Play. You will then need to click Play again to confirm you are playing modded Mineraft. Minecraft will now open up with 1.17.1 World Edit installed!
