How to Find Monthly PS Plus Games on PS4 Console (Easy Method)
5Finding your monthly PS Plus games on your PS4 console is easy once you’re in the PlayStation Store.
Here’s how to do it:
Turn on your PS4 and ensure you’re signed into the PlayStation Network with an active PS Plus subscription—go to Settings, then Account Management, and sign in if needed, then check your subscription status under Account Information. From the PS4 home screen, scroll left or right along the top row of tiles until you highlight the PlayStation Store icon, the blue shopping bag with a PlayStation logo, and press X to open it.
Once the store loads, look at the left-side menu and scroll down to PS Plus—select it by pressing X. Inside the PS Plus section, you’ll see a category like Monthly Games or PlayStation Plus Games—this is where the current free titles for subscribers are listed, usually updated on the first Tuesday of each month. Highlight the game you want, press X, and select Add to Library or Download to claim it.
If you don’t see the Monthly Games option right away, scroll through the PS Plus section—sometimes it’s featured as a banner or under Benefits. Alternatively, from the PS4 home screen, go to Library, then Games, and look under Purchased or PlayStation Plus to see games you’ve already claimed.
You need an active PS Plus subscription to download and play them, so if it’s expired, renew it first. Check your internet connection in Settings, then Network if downloads fail, and make sure you’ve got enough storage space. Claimed games stay yours to play as long as you’re subscribed. That’s it—pick your game and start playing.
