1. Check the Basics
Battery Level: If the controller’s light blinks orange slowly, it might be low on power. Plug it into the PS5 using the USB-C cable that came with the console and charge it for 10-15 minutes. The light should pulse orange while charging and turn off when full.
Cable Connection: Make sure the USB cable is firmly connected to both the controller and the PS5’s front USB port. Try a different cable if you have one, as the original might be faulty.
2. Restart the PS5 and Controller
Turn Off the PS5: Press the power button on the console or use another controller to go to Settings, then System, then Power, then Turn Off PS5, and wait until it’s fully off.
