In this video I'm showing the fix that works for me for fixing the crashing on Call of Duty Warzone on the Xbox Series X.

If you are experiencing a similar crash with Call of Duty Warzone you want to give this fix a try. This fix may also work for Call of Duty Cold War and COD Modern Warfare.

The solution is actually an official suggestion from Activision, here's their step by step guide for the fix.

Reset your Media Access Control (MAC) Address.
Press the Xbox button.
Open Settings.
Go to Network and select Network settings.
Select Advanced settings.
Select Alternate MAC Address.
Select Clear.
Select Restart.

Now I'm not saying that this fix will work for everyone but it did work for me and as you could see in the video I done this in one take to show it working after showing examples of the crash happening.

Is your system software up to date?
The best way to avoid game crashes or freezing is to make sure the software on your Xbox is up to date. Follow the steps below to check for updates.

Select the Home button in the center of your controller.
Select Profile & system, Settings, System, Updates.
Select Console update available if an update is listed.

If your Xbox is up to date, try the following troubleshooting tips:
