How to Share your Game Library with Friends on STEAM (Best Method)
Sharing your game library on Steam with friends is now done through the Steam Families feature, which has replaced the older Family Sharing system. Steam Families allows you to create a group of up to six people to share games.
Setting Up a Steam Family
Open Steam Settings: On your Steam client, click on Steam in the top-left corner and then select Settings.
Go to Family Management: In the settings menu, click on the Family tab.
Create a Family: Select the option to Create a Family. You'll be prompted to give your family a name.
Invite Members: After creating the family, you can invite up to five other people from your Steam friends list. You can choose to invite them as an Adult or a Child.
Adults have the ability to manage invites and have no restrictions.
Children can be subject to parental controls that allow you to manage their game access and playtime.
Accept the Invitation: Your friend will receive a notification and an email with the invitation. They will need to accept the invite to join the family. Once they've joined, the eligible games from your library will automatically appear in their library, and vice-versa.
