Go to Settings - Users and Accounts and verify your account is active.
Set Your PS5 Pro as Primary Console:
This step ensures your digital games and content are playable offline without needing an internet check.
Go to Settings -Users and Accounts - Other - Console Sharing and Offline Play.
If it says "Enabled," your PS5 Pro is already primary. If not, select Enable. You’ll need an internet connection for this step initially.
