How to Refund Channel Points on Twitch
344Twitch streamers can set up channel point rewards. Rewards can be redeemed by viewers at any time, providing they have enough channel points.
Channel points can be earned by watching and engaging with a Twitch stream. Every streamer has their own channel points system, and the points are not universal across Twitch. Meaning points are only redeemable in the stream you earned them in.
When a user redeems a channel point reward it will be stored in a queue. This is similar to the activity tab that new followers, donations and subscriptions show up in.
Only broadcasters and stream moderators can view and access the review requests queue. The review queue allows you to mark a reward request as complete. Completing the event will remove the channel points permanently from the user. Alternatively you can also reject the request. Whenever a request is rejected the channel points used will be refunded to the user that redeemed the reward.
Each request has a check box, which allows you to select multiple events at once. This is used for batch completing or batch refunding reward requests. At the bottom of the window you can also mark all as complete, or rejected.
Not all channel point rewards can be refunded. Rewards that are automatically completed, such as highlight message, can not be refunded.
