How to Search for a FRIEND and ADD Them on STEAM PC (Settings Tutorial)
0Adding friends on Steam is a breeze. Here are a few methods you can use:
From Your Friends List:
Open the Steam app and ensure you’re logged in.
Hover over your profile name, then click Friends from the drop-down menu.
Browse through your friends list and click on the specific user’s name to visit their profile.
Using the Community Tab:
Open the Steam app and ensure you’re logged in.
Navigate to the Community tab and find the Find People field.
Type in the specific user’s name and click Search.
From the search results, you can either click Add as Friend or Report.
Recently Played With Tab:
If you’ve recently played with someone and want to find them:
Open the Steam app and ensure you’re logged in.
Hover over your profile name and click Friends.
From the side menu, select Recently Played With to find the users you’ve recently played with.
