Steps to Set Up Bluetooth and Manage Devices in Windows 11 on Laptop or Desktop PC:
Open Settings

Click on the Start menu and select Settings, or press Windows + I to access the Settings menu.
Go to Bluetooth & Devices

In the Settings menu, click on Bluetooth & devices in the left sidebar.
Ensure that Bluetooth is turned on by toggling the Bluetooth switch to On.
Pair a New Bluetooth Device
