How to Setup Reaction Roles on Discord with MEE6

One of the more common methods is to verify a user. This acts as a secondary requirement for users to join the Discord server. A verification reaction role can deter some bots from being able to join the server and spam messages or self promotion.
MEE6 also allows you to setup self assignable reaction roles. There are multiple use cases for self assigned roles. This form of reaction roles can be used to allow a user to customise their server experience. Often more general channels will have multiple roles setup, which provide different permissions and access to server channels. Having roles set up like this can ensure that members only see the channels and information that they find interesting, and aren’t overwhelmed with an extensive channels list.
Another use for reaction roles is color roles. Color roles typically are only cosmetic, and only change the color of your username in the Discord server.
