How to Turn On Wifi Hotspot on your Android Phone Settings (Best Method)
0The best and fastest method to turn on the Wi-Fi Hotspot on almost any modern Android phone is by using the Quick Settings panel.
This method allows you to toggle the hotspot on or off without digging through the main Settings menu.
Best Method: Using the Quick Settings Tile
Swipe Down: Swipe down once from the very top of your phone's screen. This shows a small row of Quick Settings icons.
Expand the Panel: Swipe down again to fully expand the Quick Settings panel, revealing more icons.
Tap Hotspot: Look for an icon labeled Hotspot (or Mobile Hotspot or Tethering). Tap it once to instantly turn the feature on.
If the Hotspot icon is not visible, you may need to add it:
Tap the Edit icon (✎ or a three-dot menu ⋮) at the bottom or top-right of the Quick Settings panel.
Find the Hotspot icon in the list of available tiles and drag it up into the active tiles area.
Secondary Method: Through the Main Settings App (To Configure Settings)
