This video will show you how to upgrade the operating system on your LG mobile cell phone. I felt this video was necessary to produce considering that information available on Google telling of how to upgrade from Android 2.2 FroYo to Android 2.3 GingerBread on a LG Optimus One LGP500H referred mostly to upgrading the smartphones using beta or customized Android releases on unlocked handys. My device was provided to me and locked to Telus Mobility, thus these unlocked or beta OS's didn't apply to me. Much to my surprise, the official way to upgrade the operating system on an LG cellular is rather quick and painless. The process is pretty much automatic and takes little time to get it done.
Note that though this video was made tailored to the LG Optimus One LGP500H; it should function alike for all LG mobile cell phones, regardless of their operating system or capabilities (provided that updates are available for your device of course.)
