This video will show you what a Windows PC game looks like when it's imported from an eBay reseller from India, as well as attempt to answer these questions: What's the difference between the Indian import and a North American retail disc? Who rates these games? Australia? Europe? Pegi? Are the games censored further than the limits set by our ratings council? How much money can be saved buying from India on eBay instead of a retail store? and why is the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) opening and inspecting my parcel?

For the record, this game (L.A. Noire The Complete Edition on PC) arrived with its box factory shrink-wrapped, and I had removed the shrink wrapping prior to shooting this video so I myself could figure out what I was dealing with here before trying to show you all what I was dealing with here : ) Also, I neglected to mention in the video that I had received my parcel about three weeks after initially ordering it on eBay.
