To use your PS5 DualSense controller as a microphone on the PS5 console, follow these steps:

Steps to Enable and Use the PS5 Controller Microphone
Ensure Your Controller is Connected:

Make sure your PS5 DualSense controller is turned on and paired with the console.
Locate the Microphone on the Controller:

The built-in microphone is located near the PlayStation logo button on the controller.
Enable the Microphone:

By default, the microphone is enabled. You can quickly check or toggle it:
Mute/Unmute: Press the Mute button below the PS button (small button with a microphone icon).

If the light is orange, the microphone is muted.
If there’s no light, the microphone is active.
Adjust Microphone Settings:

Open Settings from the PS5 home screen.
Go to Sound - Microphone.
Under Input Device, select Controller Microphone.
Adjust the Microphone Level slider to ensure your voice is clear but not too loud.
Use the Microphone in Games or Chat:

In multiplayer games or voice chats, your controller microphone will now pick up your voice.
Make sure to unmute yourself in the in-game settings or chat menus if necessary.
Mute While Typing (Optional):

The PS5 automatically mutes the microphone when typing using the DualSense’s built-in touchpad to prevent unwanted sound.
