The next area is the Palace of Twilight to close the Gate of Time, but we have some enemies to deal with, including the Usurper King Zant, who stole the throne from Midna. This will be one challenging foe for Lana and her group, specially when we have to deal with a dragon as well.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

This is my least favourite scenario in all of Hyrule Warriors, even in the base game, I will explain reasons when we get there, and since this scenario recommends Lightning element weapons, Lana and her Book of Sorcery your best option, because this will make it easier for you. As for this video, I picked Midna, and this is one challenging scenario, even though Midna does have some good combo moves, she has a very hard time with this scenario.
Here is the Palace of Twilight, and Midna's arch-nemesis, Zant is the opponent for this one, start with taking the eastern keeps first, and when you take Lower Level East, you can get a Sealed Weapon, keep going till you take Upper Level East, and a chest will appear, giving you the Hookshot, which you will need to get back to the base, as Zant has destroyed the path you took to get there. The enemies you fight in this scenario include ReDead Knights and Fiery Aeralfos, they have an elemental weakness to Water, and I feel like they should have been swapped for each scenario, as the previous scenario recommended Lana's Spear, and this one recommends her Book.
With the Hookshot in hand, this is where things get even more tricky, Zant has unleashed Argorok, also known as the Twilight Dragon, and we cannot even reach him. The top priority is to take West Square Keep, and then let Midna or Lana get to West Square Keep to create a Magic Circle, but you will need to defeat some enemies, and during then, Zant will keep sending enemies to the Allied Base, so this is all about guarding the base. Once Midna or Lana is escorted to West Square, you will trigger a cutscene where Argorok will be repelled for a bit.
It turns out Zant has a back-up plan, he will send two Commandos to capture Agitha, so you have to take out the Commandos, for some reason, they appear as Fiery Aeralfos, because I remember in the Wii U version, the Commandos were Bulblins.
Then the Assault Troops and the Guard Troop will appear, and the Twilight Dragon is back for round two, and Central Keep is taken, so now you have to escort Lana or Midna to Central Keep and repeat the same strategy. Zant will also send Keep Saboteurs to attack, and you get to play as Agitha, her Parasol is a Light element weapon, and she can be a tricky character to use, but it will take time to get used to Agitha's combos, and her C1 allows her to ride a giant butterfly, and you can slam down into enemies.
Because Argorok does not want to give up, we have no other choice but to enter the Fairy Fountain, and we get a cameo of the Moon from Majora's Mask during the cutscene, which will then allow us to fight Argorok. This is one of the most annoying bosses in the game, and the reason why I do not like this scenario, because Argorok attacks with fireballs and a windstorm, and when his tail is glowing, use the Hookshot to get him down, and he can be tough to take down. If you are using Lana in this scenario, she can easily take down Argorok by using a Special Attack and a Weak Point Smash, or two, since Argorok does have an elemental weakness to Lightning, while Midna struggles with this boss. If you take too long, Zant will charge into the fight and attempt to take the Allied Base.
Once the Twilight Dragon is out of the way, it is time to get through Zant, and since he has a weakness to Light element weapons, Agitha's Parasol can get in some good damage on Zant, he is a weird opponent, as Zant does not reveal his weak point easily, so the best way is to guard against Zant's attacks until he is forced to reveal his weak point.
With the Usurper King done, a cutscene will happen, which reveals the truth behind Lana and Cia. The Sealed Weapon is the Sealing Tome, Lana's Level 2 weapon. The Gold Skulltula is underneath the boulder west of North Palace, so you will need a Bomb for that. Midna's Heart Container is in a chest underneath a boulder east of Enemy Base, and it can only be accessed after you either defeat Argorok or Zant enters the fight. The Heart Piece for Lana is obtained by capturing West Palace.
As for previous areas, the Gold Skulltula in Death Mountain and the Heart Container for Lana in Twilight Field are both obtained through the Hookshot, so this does provide a bit of backtracking. In case you are wondering, you don't unlock Agitha through the Twilight Princess scenarios in the base game, even though she is playable in this one, and you unlock Midna in the previous scenario.
