I33 using a round shield, versus sword and shield

Fun bout versus @stevesprange1 today I focused on the forward lean described in the i33 manuals.

The reason they advise this, is for a strong bind and also to keep the body out of distance whilst delivering attacks.

In this fight I leaned way too much. I think that this type of posture should be used similar to a lunge, only used when entering the attack, then retreating out of distance and back to a comfortable position.
Due to the weight of a round shield especially, I can only imagine a long future of back-ache if I constantly lean forward.

Either way, fun experiment, going to play around with it some more
