I know the choose-your-adventure genre appeals to a very narrow niche of people who really like playing videogames but hate the part of actually playing videogames, and I’m not saying there haven’t been standouts: But I stuck with this series for 3 games and was really looking forward to the fourth to tell me why I’m still here. YES I fucking understand what anthology means. I write actual novels that nobody reads. It’s just that after 3 lackluster episodes you had one last chance to wrap things up to my satisfaction and fucked it up. Why? Well, to get into it is spoiler territory and a gentleman knows not to fuck and tell so here’s my spoiler-free version—shit just like the first 3 go play Until Dawn.
