This is Kato, a "casual dog adventure" game by Cliffside with X3DAudio HRTF (IRC_1037 tables). It's a pretty cute and chill family game, though I often get lost so I don't really consider it "relaxing". There's not a whole lot of 3D sound going on, but a student project this polished deserves some recognition. My only real qualm with this game is the performance. Even though it looks like a midrange Switch game, the framerate is just unacceptable on my RX 580. It never maintains a constant 62FPS and is always chugging along with some really flagrant drops later on in the video. I don't even think I played this on max settings!
With more time, the developers could probably optimize it to run even on older GPUs like the R9 270 or GTX 760. Sadly, they aren't going to develop this game further than the prototype you see here. I can only wish them the best of luck in their future endeavors.
