This is Calcium Cannon with X3DAudio HRTF. It's a simple game on Unreal Engine 4 where you launch skeletons through an obstacle course to see how far they get. It reminds me of the flash games I used to play in high school all those years back. Unfortunately, it's pretty tough to get past the course at first. You wind up grinding failed attempts until you get the jetpack. At that point, it almost becomes trivial to reach the end.
