This is video #33 in my playthrough of Kingdom Hearts Re:coded for the Nintendo DS.

Previously, Data-Sora continued the 30-Layer challenge at Olympus Coliseum. He made it to the save room past Layer 24. Now, he will continue the challenge.

After resuming, he takes the portal to Layer 25 (time 0:20). A cutscene takes place as they arrive. Poor Sora hopes this is it.

Then, as they approach the northern end, another scene takes place (time 1:13). A Behemoth draws near! Yes, Cloud knows what it is, because it's based on a monster from the Final Fantasy universe.

After the scene, Sora and company battle the Behemoth (time 1:44). It has a Stomp attack that hits the whole party and Dark Pulse that hits random party members. Strength-L, Defense-L, Regen-L, and Auto-Block-L are all very helpful here. Zeus's Spear is also pretty useful.

After the battle, a new portal appears (time 4:56). Unfortunately, it seems the Behemoth was not the cause of the glitches. Sora and company will have to keep going.

Sora takes the new portal (time 5:26). After a save room, he arrives on Layer 26. This is a grid of four rooms. Strangely, there seem to be some weak enemies on this layer, but look out for the Menace encounter with Black Fungi and Invisibles.

At the end, Sora takes the portal (time 14:53). It takes him to Layer 27, a large grid of nine rooms. Beware of a Menace encounter with Black Fungi and Invisibles.

In the northeast room, a rare prize block contains the Metal Chocobo Keyblade (time 20:00).

In the north-central room, a rare prize block contains a Thunder Raid (time 21:45).

Then, Sora takes the portal (time 27:45). After a save room, he arrives on Layer 28. It has two small rooms in the north and a long room in the south. This layer has another Menace encounter with Black Fungi and Invisibles. Not a bad place to have a surplus of Strength-Ls.

Sora takes the portal to Layer 29 (time 35:04). There is no save room in between. A scene occurs as he and his companions arrive. They believe they must be getting close to the end. Spoiler: they're right! This is a small two-room layer, but Invisibles and Black Fungi have become normal foes now, so don't get careless. They are also in a Menace encounter.

Finally, Sora takes the portal (time 40:20). It leads to the final save room before Layer 30. Next time, he will continue to Layer 30 and face the final boss of this challenge.
