This is basically a glitched route for the Daventry area of King's Quest: Mask of Eternity for the PC. This differs from the route seen in my posted speedrun a while back. However, I'm not sure if this is the fastest order to do all the events, or if there's a more efficient route.

Anyway, the first thing of note is the clip through the mausoleum leading to the Dimension of Death. This was discovered by user Matthew Barich, not myself. By clipping through at the back of the building, you end up inside the area where the cutscene of Connor first encountering the Shadow Bane takes place, only without the cutscene. This is significant, because triggering the portal from this side still allows you to get the necessary info from the wizard about the Ring of Illumination, without the cutscene needing to be played out as normal.

Next up are a couple clips to get the rope and hook without chopping down the tree (you need to be in the upper section of the building to obtain it, and the rotating wheel normally prevents any attempt at doing so from the inside). First, you need to jump on top of the door; it needs to be closed for this to work. While up there, you need to push against the building in such a way so that Connor's height shifts upwards momentarily (often a sign that something can be clipped through). Once that happens, rotate Connor without otherwise altering your position, and do a backflip towards the corner of the house, and he should clip inside to the top floor (I'm not sure, but this may not work if you're too far underneath the window above the door). I'm not sure whether or not there's a clip outside the house from the top floor, but if so, it'd likely mean skipping the cutscene where the rope and hook is pointed out to you.

Not much new in Castle Daventry, though there is a clip not shown here through the candle-operated passageway. It's not much use, though, but there is a candle-lever on either side of the wall to get back out (I'm not sure if there's a clip from the side with the torch ashes or not).

Finally, there is an area from the back of the knight's tomb to avoid forcing open the iron gate. I'm not sure if the same spot can be used to clip out (didn't seem like it), but there's fortunately another spot to do that.

Something else not shown here is a clip to escape from the axe building without triggering the henchman encounter, but as this video shows, the axe can now be skipped altogether. Facing the door from the inside of the building, there is a narrow ledge on both sides that you can jump on. The clip is on the left-hand side. The only downside to skipping the axe/henchman is the items he drops, most notably the shield and power potions.
