As you might have noticed, I've done about three different runs of this fight. Originally I was going to do just Kogasa but because I knew the footage wouldn't be as good (because Kogasa's DRK attack is apparently too much for my laptop to handle) I did two other runs showcasing alternative strategies for this fight. For this video and the Yuyuko one, it's important to note that Parsee does have one Tome of Affinity on her. Parsee's default SPI resistance isn't quite good enough, but if you boost it with Tome of Affinity and give her the right equips, she can stay out in front, inflict SIL/TRR and even increase the damage of other DRK attackers (if you've upgraded the correct passive)

The general strategy of the fight is like this:

-Komachi and Mokou: the regenerating tanks. Unless you get unlucky and Murakumo decides to bully one specific tank with something like Rasetsu Fist (or Normal Attack in the first phase) these two can be made self-sufficient. Just make sure to keep their MP low, so that Murakumo can't self-heal off them. I kept Komachi's MP at around 6/4 because of Herbalist shenanigans

-Reimu: she's the tank / substitute for Kogasa when Murakumo is going to attack. You only want to swap Kogasa in when the boss does a really big attack with high delay. Reimu herself can reduce all SPI damge. That skill is very useful for surviving Murakumo's use of Start of Heavenly Demise (near the end of the fight, after it's summoned the goons). She can also buff and heal if needed

-Reisen: backup tank. The main way you use her is to bring her in when you want to inflict SIL/TRR with Parsee so that the success goes up. That's it.

-Tenshi: used in case the Murakumo decides to be a jerk and use World-Shaking Military Rule several times in a row. More of an emergency character tbh.

-Yuyuko: another really good DRK attacker. I did a version of this fight where she's the main / only attacker. I brought her here purely so she could take care of the goons near the end of the fight. She can do that very easily, whether the goons have been buffed by Murakumo or not. Just make sure to use Deadly Swallowtail Lance (and not Saigyou Flawless Nirvana)

-The other characters are: Rinnosuke (reward boost), Momiji (Instant Attacker, interchangeable with Mystia or Chen), Aya (speed buffing for start and also for MP drain phase), Iku (DEF debuffing)

What is there to say about Kogasa in this fight? She's pretty decent. With her combination of passives, she's arguably a better DRK attacker than Flandre. Kogasa buffs herself just by attacking a TRR-ified Murakumo and she has an excellent MP recovery skill meaning that there's less downtime with Kogasa compared to Flandre (who runs out of MP really fast, especially if she's been given Gambler). The only reason you wouldn't want to make Kogasa your main attacker is because Parsee totally upstages Kogasa as a TRR-nuker. Kogasa is way better at landing TRR than Parsee is, and Parsee can do way more damage when TRR is inflicted than Kogasa can. It's just more efficient to run Parsee.

Despite this, Kogasa is still good and if you like the idea of taking one of the weaker Touhou characters and using them to defeat one of the legendary sacred treasures of Japan, Kogasa can let you do that. Just make sure to only swap her in when Murakumo shows an opening.

(This isn't related to the content of the video but there's gonna be no new LOT2 videos for a few days. I do plan to do the Post-Game bosses, specifically at Challenge Level, just not rn)
