I've never played the SDM in LOT2 (there was too much SDM just in LOT1) but they really surprised me here. Flandre, who was already one of the best DRK attacking options in this fight, can do nearly half of Murakumo's HP with the right conditions while Patchy has the honor of being one of the few non-DRK attackers who can actually put a dent in the Murakumo. Remilia and Meiling are also impressively bulky with the SDM synergy skill active. Only Sakuya is a bit underwhelming, but you still need her for the SDM boost and she can be Subclassed as an Enhancer to buff Flandre/Patchy or heal the front row via Enhancer's buff-related passives.
