Yuyuko is probably the "safest" overall character to fight Murakumo with. While she can't reach the highs of Kogasa, Flandre or Parsee, Yuyuko does have the honor of being the only character who can hit Murakumo's DRK weakness without being stuck in a glass cannon role. Her natural defenses include high SPI affinity and DTH resistance, meaning she can actually stay out against the Murakumo and be used for tanking. Not only that but Yuyuko can even kill the mooks in Murakumo's second to last phase whether they're buffed or not. She is very useful in any party focused around killing Murakumo at challenge level.

The only thing you need to know is that Yuyuko must be Subclassed as a Sorcerer, and you must use Deadly Swallowtail Lance as her main attack. Deadly Swallowtail Lance works so well since it factors in less than half of Murakumo's MND, and Sorcerer makes DSL even stronger with its Enhanced Row Attack passive. To make DSL do even more damage, you can use Mystia or Reisen to inflict SIL. You can also have Parsee out in front to boost her DRK damage (and like with the Kogasa video, you do need to use a Tome of Affinity to raise Parsee's default SPI)

The actual party setup isn't too different from the Kogasa one. The only major difference is that you need MND debuffs rather than DEF debuffs for Yuyuko, which is why Kasen is here instead of Iku. I also used Mystia instead of Momiji because, again, Yuyuko can take advantage of SIL.
