Still a lot of work to be done in the village! Today we lower the beetroot farm beside the village wall such that the farmland is on the same level as the ground. We also convert more village paths to spruce plank roads and continue taking down the village wall!

We are mostly done with the southeast side of the village where the horse stable and two houses are! First, we work on extending the spruce roads up north to the shipwreck. We build up a short section of road before deciding to lower the beetroot farm that is beside it!

Beneath the beetroot farm is a big underground chamber! It was created after we covered up an exposed cave that was in the area. I think we were also mining out the sand under the farm! As we work on lowering the farm block one block at a time, water constantly flows into the underground chamber.

It is turning dark so we sleep for the night before resuming construction work! After we have lowered the farm, we plant back the beetroots and toss the remaining seeds to the farmer who is working on the farm. Now the area looks a little more flat, but there is no chance of any villager jumping out of the fence!

We shift the last chest that is next to the fence over to our new storage area, together with all the items inside. With our iron pickaxe, we break some smooth stone into cobblestone which we use for a small path to the doorstep of a house! Then, we continue work on the spruce plank roads, extending it to the shipwreck at the north of town.

We realise that the path actually extends beneath the shipwreck and beyond it! There is a perfectly good house past the shipwreck which no villagers can access. I wonder how we will deal with this! Maybe we should just get rid of the shipwreck altogether, but it might erase some of the history of the village!

We sleep for the night before completing the spruce plank road. Then, we deal with the water body beside the road! Before covering up the deep section of the water, we dig a tunnel from the bottom of the lake to the underground chamber beneath the beetroot farm. This ensures we can still access it!

While covering up the water, we try to place back the seagrass and kelp as it makes the water look more natural! When we are happy with the result, we start to tear down the village wall that runs parallel to the spruce path that we were working on.

As we are placing down fences in the wall's stead, we accidentally separate a salmon from the rest of its school! They were trying to swim into the village while we were placing down the fences. Oops! Well, as long as no villagers escaped, we are fine with that...

We place some lanterns along the fence at fixed intervals before calling it a day. It was quite late when we slept for the night, so we fly around to search for any hostile mobs! We end the episode standing with our horse, just beside the central village fountain.
