Within the jungle plank lines that we have laid out for the village expansion, we place down lanterns to light up the area and prevent mob spawning! Then, we build up the new eastern walls of the village on these lines! When we are halfway done, we tear down the old village wall and gather more planks for the rest of the new walls!

Checking the light levels near the entrance of the house, we head indoors again to craft some lanterns! Back at the entrance, we extend the jungle fences slightly and place lanterns on them! We try hanging a lantern from the roof as well before going to sleep!

The next day, we craft several more lanterns! We follow the line of jungle planks and place down the lanterns when the block light level reaches zero. We cut down an oak tree that is too close to the village boundary! Climbing up the hill, we reach the forest village!

Around the spruce plank enclosure that holds the plains villagers, we place down more lanterns! We craft more of them and light up the path. We pick up some rotten flesh from the ground! Lighting up the diagonal section of the line of planks, we return to the riverside house!

Continuing to check the light levels, we place lanterns on the dark spots of the slope! Once the area is fully lit up, we move a torch away from the existing wall because we want to move it outwards! We head to the riverside house to gather some building materials!

Taking out our jungle and spruce logs, we get to work! While the sun is setting, we move the wall away from the cleric's shop! We check the light levels on top of the wall before going to sleep! In the morning, we start building up a new wall that leads to the riverside house!

Removing the spruce planks from a section of the old wall, we also cut down a birch tree! We do not remove the jungle planks to prevent the villagers and animals from escaping! We craft jungle planks for the new section of wall and check the light levels on top of it as we build!

While crafting more jungle planks, we are hit by an arrow! Ouch! We slay a rogue skeleton in the forest! Returning to wall construction, we realise that it is a little too tall! We lower some parts of the wall that we have already built to save on planks!

Jumping onto a nearby clump of birch trees, we look at the wall from the side! We build the last section of this wall and connect it to the jungle fence of the riverside house entrance! Crossing the path, we start to build the wall on the other side!

Climbing up the hill, we lower the old wall just a little to gather more planks while still not letting the inhabitants escape! Checking the light levels on top of the new wall, we find a spot where mobs can spawn! We place down a torch on the ground as the sky darkens!

It quickly turns to night, and we sleep in the riverside house! The next day, we head up to the iron farm! We place down some jungle planks on the village boundary before deciding to tear down the old wall entirely! There should be a low chance that the villagers make a run for it!

As we break the blocks of the old wall, we inadvertently create a window in the plains villager enclosure! When we are done, we build the slanted section of the wall! However, the planks from the old wall are not enough, and we eventually have to craft more!

After using up all of our jungle wood, we head to the riverside house to get more! Climbing onto the new village wall, we craft some spruce planks and add it to the top! We also use our spare jungle planks to heighten the wall slightly!

Falling to the ground, we try to jump to the top of the wall but we fail to do so! We break a small part of the wall to climb up. We remove the spruce planks from the shortest section of the wall to make it one block taller! Then, we check the light levels!

At the very top of the new wall, we realise that we have forgotten to add spruce planks! We place them down as we use the F3 debug screen to ensure that no mobs can spawn on the wall! We complete the wall as the sun sets, and we harvest some melons and pumpkins!

Heading over to the west side of the village, we see that the farmer is stuck behind a cow! We help the farmer to get home before checking on the other villagers! Afterwards, we sleep for the night! While crafting torches in the big house, we hear an enderman, and we look around for it!

The enderman is nowhere to be found! We keep away our items and stock up on torches, iron ingots, and golden carrots! At the east side of the village, we build a scaffolding tower to look at the new village expansion before ending the episode!
