The plains villager enclosure is blocking our expansion of the village, and it has to go! We build a new enclosure outside the walls and push the trapped villagers to their new home! Moving the pumpkin and melon farm slightly, we dig up some dirt to extend the village paths! We also head underground to mine andesite for the paths!

Harvesting some melons and pumpkins, we cut down the birch trees growing on top of the plains villager enclosure! Then, we head out of the village to chop down the tall spruce tree! Seeing an enderman in the forest, we attract its attention and slay it to get a grass block!

After digging up a grass block that seems to be placed by the enderman, we pick up the spruce logs on the ground! We return to the plains villager enclosure and break some birch leaves! Heading to the west side of the village, we harvest some beetroot!

The leaves of the spruce tree have not fully decayed yet, but we are not sure if we will get enough saplings to replant the tree! We take out some additional saplings from our chests before building a scaffolding tower to remove the remaining leaf blocks!

Replanting the spruce tree, we head to the eastern village wall! We craft some spruce planks and start building a new enclosure for the plains villagers! It is a little mean to keep them trapped away, but we want to increase the chances of new village children being jungle villagers because they are so rare!

One day, we will think of a use for our plains villagers! We place down a torch in the enclosure as the sun sets! We build a crude fenced path between the old and the new enclosure before going to sleep! The next day, we break down the walls that separate the enclosures!

The villagers do not want to move! We push them slightly and one of them walks to the new area! We climb out and heighten the wall of the new enclosure. As we push the other villagers, we hear a cat! We find it beside the smithy, and we chase it around the village!

We manage to get to our chests and we take out a lead! Tying it to the cat, we bring it to the big house and take out some salmon to feed it! The cat runs away from us, but we manage to tame it! Nice! We bring our new pet back to the smithy where it will sit!

Removing the roof of the old enclosure, we see that the plains villagers have not moved much! We place down some planks to prevent them from going back to the old enclosure once they cross them! Pushing the last villager away, we demolish the old enclosure!

To make way for the extension of the village path, we destroy two pumpkin stems! We move some tall grass out of the way and dig up some dirt! We place down spruce planks and dirt blocks to raise the land around the intersection between the main path and the path to the riverside house!

Clearing some tall grass, we move the existing path away from the smithy by one block! We move the path blocks around and replace some dirt with grass. Seems that we have to move the melon and pumpkin farm! We replant the melon and pumpkin seeds as the sun sets!

Digging up more dirt for the path, we place our bed down and sleep! We see that the plains villagers are still not in the new enclosure! Using spruce planks and the dirt that we have, we raise the land to match the height of the intersection!

Walking around in the village, we decide to push the plains villagers into their new enclosure instead of waiting for them to wander into it! When we have managed to do so, we repair the hole in the village wall and build a roof of spruce planks over the enclosure!

Checking the light levels on the roof, we place down a torch! Back in the village, we head to the riverside house to retrieve more dirt blocks! We take out two stacks of it before placing the dirt around the intersection of the paths to raise the land!

Afterwards, we harvest a pumpkin! We keep away our items and bring a stack of spare dirt to the attic of the big house! Checking the chest in the library, we realise that we are short on andesite! We keep our birch logs and craft some torches!

Heading out of the village, we go to the nearby caves! Diving into the aquifer, we find the passage that we made to get down to the mineshafts! We see some andesite on the walls and begin to mine it! We find some copper ore and check our coordinates!

We probably need a lot of andesite for the construction of new village buildings as well! The deposit that we have found seems to end on a chunk border, but it is quite large! We gather several stacks of andesite and find another copper ore cluster before ending the episode!
