Late-Game Minecraft 585 :: The Lost Librarian
1For some reason, the villagers keep getting lost at night! We accidentally hit the librarian while trying to get him to go home, oops! We add moss blocks to the deepslate bridge and brew some health potions! Close to the end of the episode, we are cutting down a jungle tree when a creeper blows up! Luckily, we are barely hurt!
The sun is setting! We plant some jungle saplings before checking on our villagers! We look around for the librarian, but he is nowhere to be seen! Oh no! Near the shepherd's house, we hear some villager noises, and we head upstairs to find our librarian! Phew!
We are not sure why the librarian has not gone to sleep! Using our white bed, we lure him towards the small house where he used to live! After he goes to bed, we sleep to skip the night! The next day, we keep our vines and take out some moss blocks!
Bringing some jungle logs to the attic of the big house, we free up some space in the chests outside the cleric's shop! We check the iron farm and get some ingots from the double chest outside! Making a hole in the village wall, a cow takes the chance to escape! Oops!
Our inventory is full, and we place some items into the chest temporarily! The cow walks back into the village by itself, and we sell our iron to the villagers! We take back our items from the chest and place down a jungle leaf block beside the village path! At the beetroot farm, we store away our items!
Heading to the deepslate bridge, we line the sides of it with moss, leaving a trench in the centre for a path! Crossing the bridge, we cut down the acacia trees that have grown in the plains! A pig looks at us curiously as we harvest all of the wood!
Letting the leaves decay, we return to the bridge and place down moss blocks on its other side! We climb onto our horse and return to the village. Opening our chests, we keep the items that we do not need and gather blocks for the mossy path! We craft a stack of mossy cobblestone using our vines!
At the shepherd's house, we shear the sheep! We return to the plains to cut down more acacia trees! The sun sets and we go back to the village. Unfortunately, the librarian goes missing again! We search the village for him, and we realise that the fisherman is also missing!
Entering the cleric's shop, we hear a villager! We harvest some nether wart in the basement before finding the librarian on the top floor of the building! Again, we use our white bed to lure the librarian towards his house! However, the librarian goes to sleep in the fisherman's bed!
Trying to wake the librarian up, we accidentally punch him! Dang it! He runs away from us, but he finally finds his way to the small house! We check to see that we can still buy Mending books for one emerald before apologising! Then, we go to sleep!
In the morning, we head to the riverside house and see the fisherman safe and sound! Great! We harvest some beetroot and buy some glistering melon slices from the farmer! We also take out some gunpowder and craft a new chest!
Placing the chest in the cleric's shop, we head to the basement to get some nether wart! We craft blaze powder for the brewing stand and start brewing some instant health potions! They will be useful for healing our librarian and the other villagers!
Checking the iron farm, it seems to no longer be functioning! Still, we have some iron blocks saved! We harvest some melons outside the smithy before selling iron ingots to the villagers! We mend our tools completely and earn more emeralds!
Buying some glass from the librarian, we craft bottles for brewing potions! We add a glistering melon slice to the brewing stand and buy some glowstone from the cleric! The cleric advances to the master level, wow! We break the glowstone with our Fortune III pickaxe to get dust for the potions!
Filling our glass bottles, we add gunpowder to make splash potions! We harvest some beetroot and head out of the village to cut down the jungle tree! We break the leaves with our Fortune III hoe to get more saplings, and we collect the vines for crafting mossy blocks!
Soon, night falls! An enderman and a zombie spawn near the jungle tree and we slay them! In the village, the farmer is now missing! We find her in the cleric's shop and bring her back home. The next day, we are cutting down the rest of the jungle tree when a creeper explodes on us!
We do not take much damage, but the nearby oak tree has been mostly destroyed! We rebuild the tree farming platform and repair the land with some dirt from the attic! We cut down the rest of the jungle tree and keep away our items! Then, we brew more awkward potions before ending the episode!
