Have you ever heard of Internal or External Locus of Control?
If not, you're not alone.

In this video, we will learn about the internal and external locus of control that causes discouragement and/or motivation within us. Without internal locus of control, we often don't feel encouraged or motivated to do things that will benefit us or others. With external locus of control, we often feel things outside of our control is dictating how our lives will be. It's a slippery slope which is why I break down these concepts for you here.
