Let’s Play Rock of Ages 2: Bigger & Boulder - Episode 1: The Art of Boulder War
Atlas is sick and tired of holding up Earth, so he opts to jump down from the heavens and start his adventure. However, since this is my second time playing through the story, the game’s decided to shake things up by starting us off at a random point on the map.
As such, instead of learning the ropes with the tutorial level, we’re battling against Vincent van Gough in Holland, a level with flat terrain- with the exception of a few raised bridges- and no ledges, meaning that we’re pretty much free to speed our boulders forward with no hesitation- fitting since we unlock the Prehistoric Wheel, a boulder that’s very fast, but has poor handling, for beating him.
Then, we use our new Prehistoric Wheel to great effect in a match against Baba Yaga in Lviv, which also features an overall flat terrain and is initially lacking in gaps. However, this level is the only one to feature patches of thin ice which, as you can probably guess, can turn into pits if you interact with them too much.
