I'd have to vote this being maybe the smallest map in Plutonia. If not rivaled with Map07 for smallest. Regardless, it's packed full of monsters, but it is surprisingly very easy and is the last "breather" we'll see until Map24.
Literally, just run for the Red Key. There are enough smaller, lesser creatures that you can simply just run for the switches to the key, and then run to the door it opens. One key is needed for the whole map, if that says anything.
Once you open the red 'door' and flip the switch behind it, simply find a safe corner and start blasting your rockets down the hall and out into the open. Most of the enemies will end up killing themselves, and the Arch-Vile resurrecting everyone just makes that task easier.
Once everything is dead, run for the exit, kill everything there, and exit.
Short. Simple. To the point. Fun. As. Hell.
