Even at this point in the game there's the occasional level up for my soldiers although now they're very rare. Their stats are so high that sometimes the effects of a level up are minimal but a few stat increases are always useful. Improving a soldier's main weapon to the next grade up is naturally always desired but increasing their speed and health are also really good. Improving the alien skill is also not bad as it allows them to deal more damage in general.

Our squad is pretty much set in terms of their strength however; it's likely to be this team of people that go to the final mission whenever we discover what that is.
