Light Fairytale Episode 1 is an episodic Jrpg published and developed by
neko.works. It was released in 2018 with episode 2 looking to be released some time between April-June 2020.


If you're a fan of the story of 'Breath of Fire 5' with the whole subterranean living, trying to reach ground level and Final Fantasy VII type games then THIS game is certainly for you.

Its graphics are super cute and modern with a kinda steam-tech-punk theme going on. The music is really nice but the sound effects can get a little repetitive, for example using the goggles.

Don't be put off from buying because of the episodic releases, this game truly IS great and with episode 2 just around the corner it's going to get a lot better.

There is a substantial amount to do in episode 1 with a LOT of Steam achievements to get, so if achievemets are your thing then this game has that also.
